Hawkins Internet, Inc.'s Terms of Service ("TOS") is provided to give our customers and users clear understanding of what is acceptable and unacceptable while using Hawkins Internet's services. All users must comply with this TOS. Hawkins Internet, Inc. will be referred to as ("Hawkins Internet") in this terms of service.

Use of Hawkins Internet's services constitutes acceptance and agreement to this TOS.

We support the uncensored flow of information and Ideas using our services and we do not actively monitor the activity of our customers under normal circumstances. We do not exercise unfair editorial or property control over the contents hosted with us. We may remove, in our sole discretion, any content or ask a user to remove data that we do not feel is acceptable even if it is not clearly stated in this agreement. We will remove any materials that may be illegal, may subject us to liability, or which may violate this TOS. Hawkins Internet will try its best to cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigations of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrongdoing.

You may not use this service to publish material that Hawkins Internet determines, at its sole discretion to be unlawful, indecent, or violating to this agreement. For purposes of this policy, "material" refers to all forms of communications including narrative descriptions, graphics (including photographs, illustrations, images, drawings, logos), executable programs, video recordings, and audio recordings.

If an account hosted on our servers or networks violates the TOS we reserve the complete right to terminate your service(s) without notice. We will try to notify customers of material that we feel may be indecent before terminating or suspending an account, however, we are not responsible for contacting customers before suspending or terminating any account. Any violations of the TOS will result in immediate termination of an account. 

Any person accessing any of Hawkins Internet's website agrees to and is bound by the following terms and conditions:

• Intellectual Property - This website is intellectual property of Hawkins Internet. All images, text, programs and other content found on the Hawkins Internet website are property of Hawkins Internet and cannot be duplicated. Any use of content without the expressed written consent of Hawkins Internet is strictly prohibited. Infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Trade Secret, or other Intellectual Property Rights on our network(s) will result in an account suspension until the intellectual property is removed.
   
• Content Ownership - Any content submission that a user makes to the idatalk.com website becomes property of Hawkins Internet, unless if the person(s) provides a copyright notice with their submission.
   
• User Responsibility - The user assumes all responsibility for the use of the Hawkins Internet website. The user waives all claims against Hawkins Internet from the utilization of the Hawkins Internet website. We are not responsible for loss of business as a result of the utilization of the Hawkins Internet website.
   
• Accuracy of Information - While Hawkins Internet makes all reasonable attempts to provide the accuracy of information, Hawkins Internet nor its contributors can be held responsible by the user for the accuracy of the information found on the Hawkins Internet website. Hawkins Internet has no expressed or implied warranty. Hawkins Internet is not responsible for typographical errors and the accuracy of the information provided by our advertisers and 3rd party websites. Although Hawkins Internet makes reasonable attempts to provide accurate information on 3rd party websites and Hawkins Internet we shall not be held liable.
   
• Change of Content - The content on Hawkins Internet may change without notice. Hawkins Internet is not obligated to notify users of changes on the Hawkins Internet website.
   
• Denial of Service - We reserve the right to refuse service. We reserve the right to deny support to any customer for any reason. 
   
• Responsibility for Content - The customer is responsible for the content of one's account. The customer is also responsible for the content of an account of third parties if the customer is providing service to third parties.
   
• Third Party Content - Hawkins Internet takes no responsibility and no liability for the content posted on the Hawkins Internet website.
   
• Suspension of Service or Cancellation - We reserve the full right to suspend or terminate an account at anytime without notification for any reason.
   
• Network Performance - The services provided are operated on shared resources. Misuse can cause disruption for all customers. We will not be held liable for disruptions of the network and we do not provide an uptime guarantee.
   
• Age - You must be at least 13 years old to use Hawkins Internet services. If you are between the ages of 13 to 17 you must have expressed permission from a parent to use Hawkins Internet Services
   
• Illegal use - Use of Hawkins Internet's services to carry out or promote any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and/or third parties to investigate. We reserve the right to seize any materials that may help carry out a proper investigation without notice.
